What can my guests actually book through the link?+
2,000+ activities across South Florida: jet ski rentals, yacht charters, boat tours, fishing trips, parasailing, jet cars, slingshots, sunset sails, snorkel trips, helicopter tours, ATV/UTV adventures, and more. Bookings are powered by FareHarbor, the same system Airbnb Experiences uses, so guests get instant confirmation and operator reviews.
How do I get paid?+
Payouts happen on the 1st of every month via Stripe or PayPal, as long as your balance is above $25. You can track pending and paid balances in your dashboard. We pay you in USD; international hosts welcome.
Who counts as a referral?+
Any guest who clicks your unique link and completes an activity booking within 30 days. The attribution is tracked via cookies and stored in their browser, so even if they come back later, you still earn.
Is there a cost to join?+
No. The platform is 100% free for hosts. You keep a flat 5% of every booking — no subscription, no platform tax, no fees deducted from your payout.
My guests usually rent jet skis directly from beach vendors. Why would they book through my link?+
Three reasons: (1) trust — your recommendation carries more weight than a random kiosk, (2) discovery — your link goes to 2,000+ operators they wouldn't find otherwise, (3) convenience — instant online booking instead of haggling on the beach. Do I have to be a Miami host?+
Right now Refstay is built for Miami and South Florida (where most of our 2,000+ operators are based). We cover Fort Lauderdale, the Keys, Palm Beach, Tampa, Orlando, and a few destinations in the Caribbean (Cancún, Punta Cana). If you host in a covered area, you're in.
Why a flat 5%? Don't bigger hosts deserve more?+
Tiered programs reward hosts who already have the biggest audience and punish everyone else. We think a host with one great listing deserves the same rate as a property manager with fifty. Plus, the math is easier — you always know what you're earning.
What if a booking is canceled?+
Commissions confirm once the guest completes the activity. Cancellations before the activity date are removed from your pending balance — but anything already paid out stays yours.
Is my data safe?+
We only collect what's needed to send payouts and track referrals (your name, email, listing URL, and payment info). Your information is never sold or shared with third parties.
